So I have some good news and bad news...
The good news is we are going to have a BOY!!!! We are very excited about this. The girls know as much about boys as they know about people from Mars, so this is really going to shake up their pink little worlds.
The bad news is, I'll have to change the name of my blog. "Turkeyboy's girls and boy" somehow lacks pizzaz....any suggestions?

A Treemendous Project
A few months ago Scott got an idea in his head. He decided to build the girls a treehouse.
Now when Scott gets an idea in his head he can't think of anything else.
First he asked me how high he should build it. I said 5 feet high would be good.

Does that look like 5 feet to you?

After Scott put up the foundation, he built the house part in our garage. It made itself at home there for several weeks. Have I mentioned that he has never done anything like this before? The other guy in the photo is Scott's faithful assistant, Sam.
Now it is time for the assembly.

The construction of the stairs. This is the tree house's best feature, in my opinion. This way, if the kids fall, they will only fall six feet at a time instead of twelve. This was our compromise since Scott ignored my height limit.

The finished product! Can you believe it? The girls promptly named it THE MERMAID TREEHOUSE which absolutely does not make sense, but that is its name.

The last wall goes up. This the part when Sam and Scott try to commit suicide. We all closed our eyes. Ultimately they had to enlist the help of a neighbor.

On this day Scott had Donovan and Sam, and work progressed faster.

Now who wants to come and play?

Ballet Recital
Sophie and Syrena performed at their end of the year ballet recital last month. Their teacher was "Miss M'Liss" who is also in our ward. Here are some photos and a short video. In the video, they are the last to come on the stage.
Make sure you notice Naomi's footwear in the second photo.
